The article discusses the issues of digitalization of education, the need for psychological and pedagogical research related to the influence of mass media and the level of digitalization on the process of education and upbringing of children. The main idea of the scientific article is a theoretical overview of the main elements of a digital platform for automating the work of educational psychologists in educational institutions in order to provide more effective psychological and pedagogical support for children. A review of scientific research on various forms of administration of the psychodiagnostic process is presented. The problems of creating a psychological hub to increase the effectiveness of the work of teachers-psychologists in matters of cooperation, partnership, information exchange with the external environment in order to effectively correct the educational process, psychological and pedagogical support for children are also analyzed.
