The article gives a brief overview of the historical, theoretical and methodological development of career guidance and training. The origins of the profession of personality should be deeply studied in philosophy, sociology, pedagogy and psychology, which are known as sciences that answer questions about the meaning of life,  its place and role in society and its readiness. An experimental study was conducted to determine the professional orientation and willingness of adolescents. Theoretical and practical aspects of career guidance among adolescents have always been important in the research of scientists.
