In modern society, competitive professionals with the potential for professional self-determination are in demand with prevailing certainty. This article reveals the role of personal growth training in the conditions of self-realization of modern students, reflects the ways of forming skills and partnerships; shows the development of views that form an independent style (model) of behavior through socio-psychological training that defines behavior and exercises methods of psychological influence, contributing to professional self-determination of a person. Personal growth is considered as the consequences of internal conflict, without which there are no incentives to change.
Participants of the training group pass sensitive and rational "filters". During the training, participants review and change their internal views, as a result of which it is advisable not only to evoke different behaviors, but also to bring its manifestation to a conscious state (through their own reflection).
