The modern era in the development of education also defines the goal of modern higher education, which focuses on the training of future specialists who demonstrate their competitiveness in the labor market, have competencies that allow them to implement professional functions in a certain field of activity, are ready to take initiative, independently solve professional tasks.
Despite the fact that the managerial competencies of a future teacher are the basis for the formation of key competencies of students in the conditions of modernization of education, in modern science, theoretical and practical aspects of the problem of the formation of managerial competencies of a future teacher in the conditions of modernization of higher education require detailed study. In this regard, high requirements are imposed on a graduate of a modern university - a future teacher-manager to ensure his managerial competence.
For the development to managerial competencies, we pay attention to the formation of the following qualities: strategic thinking, teamwork, result orientation, development of subordinates, leadership, analysis and problem solving. In our study, university graduates are given the opportunity to master the following key functions of managerial competence: systems thinking, inter sect oral communication, project and process management, working with IT systems, teamwork, working in conditions of uncertainty.
The development to the intellectual abilities of future managers in fluencies the thinking and consciousness of a person when making managerial decisions, evaluating the activities of people, creating a team of like-minded people. Personal organization, the development of new learning technologies contributes to self-realization, professional development of the graduate. These articles are based on the analysis of literary sources and learning outcomes using new learning technologies. As a result of the research, a model of managerial activity of university graduates, future teachers as education managers has been developed and theoretically substantiated, and the effectiveness of its implementation has been experimentally verified.
