Cognitive interest draws attention not only to the process and outcome of the action itself, but also to the processes of the mental process - thinking, imagination, memory, and attention, which acquire special activity and focus under the influence of cognitive interest. Cognitive interest is focused not only on the process of cognition but also on the outcome of it, and it is always about pursuing a goal, realizing it, overcoming difficulties, and volunteering stress and effort. Cognitive interest is not an enemy of free will, but a reliable ally.
