The article examines the importance of the communication process as a feature of preventing suicidal manifestations of teenagers. In a general sense, communication is an activity, the object of which is another partner in communicating and exchanging information. Communication, through dialogue with the second person, creates the opportunity to recognize behavioral, individual-psychological characteristics, to communicate with him. Getting important information from the other person is the main purpose of communication. Therefore, getting involved with teenagers is one of the ways to prevent them from committing suicide. Because teenagers are very sensitive at this age, they are characterized by quick acceptance of negative situations in the family and school, disruption of relations between peers. This is isolation, opposition, imitation in behavior in the process of communication. Suicidal risk tendencies, suicidal manifestations are indicated by changes in appearance as well as speech inhibition, short answers to questions or avoidance of interpersonal contact, using indirect or direct words. In this case, the first thing to do is to awaken the need for communication with the environment and to organize communication.
