Participatory management of the educational process is an effective management solution, as it creates an equal relationship of all participants in the educational process, giving them the opportunity to regulate the pace and quality of innovations. The purpose of the study was to determine the principles of participatory management and identify the features of their implementation in building a unified system of hybrid learning. The research methodology was based on a systematic approach, patterns of human and social development, activity theory, socio-pedagogical concepts of higher education and management of the educational process, interaction and interdependence of a teacher and a student, as well as the principles of introducing modern digital learning technologies. The study was conducted in the form of a questionnaire using a semi-structured questionnaire developed taking into account the principles of participatory management by the author E. S. Dashkova and adapted by us in relation to the field of education. The study was conducted on the basis of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai. The results of the survey testified to the presence of a favorable moral and psychological climate in the construction of a unified system of hybrid learning as the basis for ensuring effective communication and contributed to the harmonization of the goals of all participants in the educational process by expanding their participation in learning management. The development of the principles of participatory management at the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University allows you to create a holistic, capable system of student self-government and enhances the role of students in ensuring the modernization of higher education, the effectiveness of the development of innovative educational programs and projects, in accordance with the development strategy of the university. The results obtained can be a guideline that allows improving the management of the educational and research activities of the university, where there is a single logic of the movement of scientific research thought, the establishment of discussion pairings within the same issue, in this case, the construction of an integral system of hybrid education.
