The article defines the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the organization of inclusive education of children with special needs on the basis of scientific and theoretical research and analysis of practical experience. In particular, these include: an inclusive environment, a conscious understanding of the relevance of the tasks of education and upbringing by providing access to education through the integration of out-of-school children and their parents into the educational environment, the availability of appropriate personnel in inclusive education with systematic training; organization of psychological and pedagogical support for students in need of correction of mental and physical development; logistics.
