Abstract
The entry of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the world economic community, the development of market relations contribute to changes in all spheres of our country. There are new areas of activity, there is a need for quality training of education managers who are able to work effectively in new conditions.
Currently, one of the main directions of the country's education development is personality-oriented education, humanization of education. The main value of education is human capital, which is able to realize the creative level aimed at self-education and self-education. And the management of this middle link, responsibility for decision-making and summing up, the complexity of solving new problems is assigned to education managers.Managers of education as an organizer who is able to creatively carry out professional managerial and pedagogical activities require special training.
The article presents a comparative analysis of foreign experience of quality training of education managers, information about famous schools of management. The prerequisites for high-quality training of education managers in the country, the current state and ways of further improvement, projects, main directions are presented.
