Many people are more susceptible to negative environmental influences, which can lead to stress and poor health. Taking into account psychosocial factors that have a negative impact on health, will allow you to establish the causes of psychosomatic disorders in humans and, perhaps, knowledge of these causes will lead to a shift in focus from the search for causes to the formation and implementation of preventive measures to preserve health.
With age, not only the goals of the activity may change, but also the emotional attitude to situations that require the focus of the individual's attention on any events. Adolescence is a period of formation of new emotions in relationships with other people. The emergence of arbitrary self-regulation of emotional manifestations helps young people in a new development situation to qualitatively approach the issue of professional self-determination.
The article presents the results of an empirical study of subjective assessment of emotional health, which was attended by 70 students of 1-3 courses. A subjective rating of emotional health was conducted using such methods as the "Index of the attitude to health" by S.D. mistle thrush, V.A. Asvina, questionnaire assessment of quality of life SF-36 questionnaire socio-psychological adaptation K.Rogers and p. diamond and scales of psychological wellbeing K.Riff (version N.N. Of found).
