Abstract

In the article, a selection of methods for psychological research of the influence of emotional intelligence on the personal relationships of students was carried out among кazakh students. The study allows us to identify common features and differences between Kazakhs in the manifestation of emotional intelligence in personal relationships, which has not only theoretical but also practical significance. The study of emotional intelligence is a current area of psychological science. In general, emotions are a large layer of information, the idea that you can act more effectively by using it. Initially, emotional intelligence was developed by E. Thorndike, J. Guilford, G.Yu. Eysenck and other scientists looked at social intelligence in the context of research, which was characterized as the ability to understand others and act intelligently in human relationships. The study allows us to develop work on the development of emotional intelligence in order to predict the results of personal communication. Emotional intelligence is a relatively new concept in domestic and foreign psychology. The collection of empirical data was carried out using the following methods: “Questionnaire of Emotional Intelligence” by N. Hall, “Methodology of Emotional Intelligence” by J. Meyer, P. Solovey, D. Caruso, “Test of Emotional Intelligence” by D.V. Lyusin was examined. We can develop the influence of emotional intelligence on students' personal relationships, just like any other intelligence. Unfortunately, there are no clear academic methods for increasing IQ for this. Emotional development begins at birth.
