Self-reflection is considered an important tool for improving family relationships and developing parents' psychological culture in modern society. This topic is closely related to enhancing parenting methods, managing emotions, and fostering a culture free from violence. Self-reflection plays a special role in ensuring safety and harmony within the family. The aim of the study is to prevent domestic violence and improve parent-child relationships through self-reflection mechanisms.
The study explores the concept of self-reflection and its role in regulating the emotional state of parents. Surveys were conducted among families from various regions of Kazakhstan (south, north, west, east, center), with 2,600 respondents participating. The data obtained made it possible to determine the impact of self-reflection on psychological culture.
The article analyzes theoretical and practical aspects of self-reflection mechanisms that promote personal growth and the realization of developmental potential. The importance of self-reflection in parents' self-awareness, their psychological culture formation, and enhancing constructive communication and conflict management skills within families is emphasized.
Research findings reveal that self-reflection helps reduce family conflicts and improve children's psycho-emotional well-being. This work makes a significant contribution to family psychology and can be applied in practical contexts. The article is recognized as a pivotal study offering new approaches in working with parents, fostering family harmony, and preventing domestic violence.
