The challenges of society, such as globalization, digitalization, crises, fast pace of life, rapid changes in the changing world affect the stress resistance of modern teenagers - the Alpha generation. Due to their age, teenagers are not always able to fully cope with stressful situations that arise due to the lack of self-regulation mechanisms. After all, it is the resilience of adolescents that is an important formative part of positive growing up, which consists of the ability to preserve oneself as an individual in crisis life situations, the ability to maintain "resilience" in unforeseen difficult circumstances. And this largely influenced the choice of the topic of the study of the crisis profile of the adolescent personality and his resilience.
The study emphasizes the importance of developing self-regulation mechanisms and forming resilience in adolescents, which help to cope with the challenges of the modern world. The results of the analysis of the crisis profile of the personality of adolescents and their resilience provide grounds for further search for effective approaches to supporting young people aimed at strengthening their psychological resilience and successful adaptation in a rapidly changing society.
